When something glitches.
Two cases we've seen go sideways and how we handle them. The short version: every transaction is logged, every code is recoverable, every issue is a #support-ticket away.
Code didn't arrive?
Check your spam folder first, then your order page (link in the confirmation email). If still missing after 5 min, open a #support-ticket and admins can resend or regenerate.
/redeem says invalid?
Most common cause: code already redeemed or copy-paste added a space. Run /balance to check if it landed. If genuinely invalid, open a #support-ticket with the order ID.
