Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Common's VBX ("we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of this website, our storefront on Sell.app, and our Discord server.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not purchase tokens or use our services. Continued use is treated as acceptance of the latest version published on this page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server.

VBX tokens are an in-Discord virtual currency used for entertainment within our community: mini-games, draws, cosmetic drops and similar features. Tokens have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tokens are non-transferable outside of features explicitly enabled by our Discord bot. They are credited to the Discord account that successfully redeems the code generated at purchase.

Stock levels, prices and promotional discounts shown on this site or on common.sell.app are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

After successful payment you receive a unique redemption code via the Sell.app order page and the email used at checkout. The code is single-use and tied to your order.

To redeem, you must run the redeem command in our Discord server with a valid Discord account. Tokens are credited to that account's wallet upon successful redemption.

Treat your redemption code like a password. Anyone in possession of the code can redeem it. We are not responsible for losses caused by sharing or exposing your code.

You agree not to abuse our systems. That includes: attempting to redeem the same code twice, exploiting bot bugs to inflate balances, automating purchases via bots or scripts, harassing staff or community members, and any activity that violates Sell.app or Discord's terms of service.

We may suspend Discord wallets, void unredeemed codes, ban accounts, or refuse future service to anyone violating these rules. Decisions are at our discretion and based on logged evidence.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support are treated as fraud and result in a permanent ban from our Discord and storefront.

We aim to keep the storefront, Discord bot and redemption flow online 24/7, but occasional downtime is unavoidable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may add, modify or remove products, features or community functions at any time. Tokens already in your Discord wallet at the time of a change are unaffected.

If a feature you used tokens on is sunset, we will, where reasonable, offer an equivalent alternative or compensation in tokens.

Our services are provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
